Once dispatched, delivery will be made solely to the address specified during the order. Any subsequent redirection requests may be chargeable. If you are not available for the delivery we will contact you to establish another delivery appointment. Extra charges may apply for the 2nd delivery attempt.

The invoice provided by the PROCHIMPS delivering the items should be retained as proof of the warranty for the items purchased.

Returns

If you purchase a product on Prochimps and would like to return it, this will need to be done physically via the respective warehouse from where the item was purchased from.
