When will my order be delivered?
In-stock orders are usually delivered within 2–4 working days across Malta and Gozo. You receive an email once the order is confirmed and again when it is dispatched with the delivery window.
Can I return a product?
Yes — within 30 days of receiving it, unused and in its original resalable packaging with proof of purchase. Contact us first so we can register the return.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Inspect the goods on delivery and contact us the same day. Send a photo to info@prochimps.com and we will replace, repair or refund after inspection.
Do you install what I buy?
We install air conditioners and most large appliances. Call us with the model and your location for a fixed quotation before you order.
