When will my order be delivered in Malta?
In-stock orders are usually delivered within 2–4 working days across Malta and Gozo. You receive an email once the order is confirmed and another notification when it is dispatched with your delivery window.
Can I return a product?
Yes — within 30 days of receiving it, unused and in its original resalable packaging with proof of purchase. Contact us first so we can register the return.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Inspect goods on delivery and let us know the same day at prochimps.com/complaint — you can add photos or a voice note there, or email them to info@prochimps.com. We will replace, repair, or refund after inspection.
Do you install air conditioners and appliances?
