This website is operated by ProChimps Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from it, on condition that you accept these terms, together with our privacy, returns and delivery policies. By visiting the site or buying from us you agree to be bound by them. Any new features added to the store are also subject to these terms, and we may update them by posting a revised version on this page.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
• You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact and delivery details you provide at checkout.

We take care to describe products accurately, but images and specifications are provided by manufacturers and may change without notice; colours can also differ between screens. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change. All orders are subject to stock availability and to successful payment authorisation. If an item is mispriced or unavailable after you order, we will contact you and either confirm the correct price or cancel and refund the order in full.

Your order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. Card payments are processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card details. Where cash on delivery is offered, the full amount must be paid to the delivery crew before the goods are handed over. We may refuse or cancel any order where we suspect fraud or a breach of these terms.

Delivery, returns and warranty are governed by our delivery and returns & warranty policies, which form part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once payment has been received in full.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProChimps is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data, spoiled goods or loss of use arising from a product fault, delay or the use of this site. Our total liability in relation to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and your statutory consumer rights under Maltese and EU law are unaffected.

All site content, layout, graphics and branding belong to ProChimps or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
