Delivery across Malta & Gozo

• You order — we confirm stock and issue your invoice by email.
• The order is prepared and dispatched, normally within 2–4 working days.
• We contact you with the delivery day and window. Please be available at the address.
• Delivery is made only to the address given at checkout, and requires a signature at the door for security.

We always aim to meet the delivery date given, but it depends on successful payment authorisation and confirmed stock availability. In the rare event of a delay we contact you by phone or email before the delivery date and agree a new slot with you.

If nobody is available at the address, or you ask us to change the address after dispatch, a further delivery or redirection is charged at our normal Malta/Gozo delivery rate. We will always call you first to arrange a new appointment.

• Delivery is to the doorstep, or to the room of your choice where access is safe and clear.
• Please clear the route and measure doorways, lifts and stairwells beforehand. We cannot remove doors, windows, railings or fixtures.
• Where hoisting, crane or rope access is required, it must be arranged and quoted in advance.
• Unpacking, connection, testing and old-appliance removal are part of our installation service, quoted separately.

ProChimps is not liable for damage caused by access that was declared as suitable but was not, or for delays outside our control such as weather, road closures or third-party building restrictions. Please inspect the goods on delivery and report any transport damage to us the same day.
